The 21st annual reunion of the USS Benham will be held in Fort Myers, FL, September 24 thru 28th 2013. at the Diamond Head Resort on Fort Myers Beach, FL. It's on the Gulf Coast and we got a special rate of $99 per night, good for three days on either side of the reunion dates. The best rate available for that time is normally $149, and the in-season rate is $300. It's an all-suite resort, each suite having a kitchenette, separate bedroom, and large balcony with a view of the gulf. There is no charge for parking and WiFi is free. There is a fine restaurant, cocktail lounge, and beach-side snack bar on the premises. You can get a description of the hotel at Diamondhead Beach Resort and Spa Mark your calendars and plan to attend!
